R&D activities at Jay Research and Biotech India Private Limited
Jay Research is having a group of 45 associates working in R&D, Production, Quality Control and Marketing of bio-product of the organization. It includes Ph.D. candidates from renowned scientific institutions of India like National Chemical Laboratory (NCL), Pune and students who completed their masters from recognized universities of India and abroad like Australia. It also has a field research team which specifically involved in R&D trials at field levels in varied conditions across India.
R&D Collaboration Details
- Collaboration with Dadelos, Valencia, Spain: “Bio - sanitary and bio-stimulants products based on the combination of microorganisms and organic stabilized bionutrients”. Principally approved under Indo - Spain Collaboration in Biotechnology programme of Department of Biotechnology, New Delhi and Centre for the Development of Industrial Technology, Spain.
- Imparting R&D training to BCIL trainee under BITP since 2010. In 2013 - 2014, imparting training to 7 students on a project entitled “Soil microbes: concerning isolation, compatibility with chemicals, plant growth and pesticidal activity”
- This year, we are imparting training to 10 students from BCIL under the project 'Bio-Products in Agriculture'
- This year, we are imparting training to 10 students from BCIL under the project 'Bio-Products in Agriculture'
- Collaboration with Bharati Vidyapeeth for vegetable crops management.
- Collaboration with NCL, Pune, for the control of mealy bugs in grapes (DBT Funded, Successfully completed).
